PRÀCTICA AL LABORATORI
1- Vam triturar amb la batedora el fetge en 50 ml d’aigua.
2- Vam filtrar diverses vegades el triturat amb la gasa, i així, vam poder separar les restes de teixit que no s’havien trencat.
3- Vam afegir al filtrat el mateix volum de solució de NaCl.
4- Més tard vam afegir 1ml de detergent diluït al 20%.
5- Vam posar l’etanol mitjançant una pipeta de 50 ml. Ho vam lliscar per les parets del vas de precipitats, amb molt cura, perquè no caigués directament sobre la solució.
6- Vam esperar uns minuts fins observar la pràctica.
7- Finalment ho vam observar al microscopi.

PRÀCTICA DEL LABORATORI
1-Tub d'assaig 2 ml de solució, patró d'ovoalbúmina.
2-Vam afegir 1 ml d'àcid nítric concentrat i ho vam escalfar amb molta cura.
3- Ens va quedar la clara d'ou a dalt de la superfície de líquid i la aigua a quedat a sota de la clara.
4- Vam refredar el tub en un vas de precipitat ple d'aigua freda.
5- Vam afegir un cop fred, 1 ml de NaOH al 40%.
6- Els colors es distingien de més clar a més fort, és distingien molt.
2A PRÀCTICA: Prova del biuret
PASSOS:
1-Vam posar 2 ml de solució patró d'ovoalbúmina en un tub d'assaig.
2. Vam afegir 5 ml de solució de NaOH al 40%.
3- Mes tard vam posar unes gotes de solució de sulfat de coure a l'1%
4- Vam observar que el hidròxic sòdic amb aigua i solfat de coure, tot barrejat va quedar un color blavós lila.
